Rachel Emily Nichols is the daughter of Alison and James Nichols. Nichols is French Canadian and English descent. Cony High School, Augusta is where she earned the high jump award. Columbia University was her graduation with a double major economics as well as math. She played the main part of Kiera Cameron and a police agent in the science fiction series Continuum (2012). She was a model for Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch, L'Oreal and Nicole Miller. She was the hostess of a restaurant in Sex and the City, the first part for which she auditioned.
